Dr. J. S. Kelkar Memorial Foundation, Ratnagiri, is one such charity foundation that is a non-government organization working for the betterment of the underprivileged people of the society. Here, we work in numerous streams via which we make sure the right kind of help is reached at the right time to the right places and people.
Dr. J. S. Kelkar Memorial Foundation is the result of an old legacy being handed over through generations. The patron Dr. J.S. Kelkar, has been the epitome of selfless service towards the society. He has been one of the most reputed political personalities in Ratnagiri. To reward his sacrifices and good deeds, this foundation has been set out on a mission to honor his legacy and continue doing the same social work which was once his work.
This foundation is being led by two most eligible people from the Kelkar family. The Chief Executive Director of the foundation Dr. Hrishikesh Kelkar is the grandson of Dr. J.S.Kelkar in whose honor this foundation works. The other founder of the foundation is their grand-daughter in law Adv. Ashwini Bhide-Kelkar who looks after the administration of the foundation. They are the perfect example of a family legacy carriers. They have been doing a splendid job of handling this foundation successfully.
This charitable foundation may be a non-government organization, but still, it is 100% authentic and legal.
